What is SOLODRIVE.PRO?

SOLODRIVE.PRO is a software platform, not a transportation provider.

It is booking and ride-service software for independent drivers who want to operate directly with repeat clients. You run the business, with your own riders and your own car. You set pricing.

We provide software tools. We do not dispatch riders.

Is this a rideshare marketplace?

No. SOLODRIVE.PRO does not match random riders to random drivers.

You bring your own riders, clients, and local relationships. SOLODRIVE.PRO gives you a cleaner way for those riders to come back directly.

How do bookings work?

Each driver receives a direct booking path they can share with riders.

Riders request rides through that path. Trip details, confirmation, coordination, and records are handled through the SOLODRIVE.PRO flow.

What do riders see?

Riders see a clean booking and trip experience with the information needed to request, confirm, and coordinate a ride.

The goal is to make direct rides feel structured, professional, and easy to repeat.

What does the fee cover?

The fee covers the whole toolkit for running your own ride service. Here is what drivers use every day.

Get booked

• Your own booking page at your handle. Riders book you with no rider app to download.
• Ride-now requests, and reservations for a later day and time.
• Address search for pickup and drop-off, plus one tap for riders to use their current location.
• A QR code on your gig screen, so the rider in your back seat can save your page while you drive for Uber or Lyft.

Quote and get paid

• You set pricing. Every request comes to you as a quote you approve, with a map of the trip.
• The rider’s card is authorized when they accept your quote, before the ride starts.
• Payments run through Stripe and land in your own Stripe account.

Run the ride

• Your dashboard: your rides, a live map, and an Open in Maps button for directions.
• Ride alerts on your phone through the home-screen app, with a text or an email as backup.
• A calendar of your reserved rides.
• A live trip page for your rider, with a map that shows you on the way.

Keep the records

• Trip records with the time and place of every ride.
• Your earnings in one place.
• In-ride mileage tracking, plus your own mileage and expense entries, with CSV downloads.
• A Schedule C worksheet and a quarterly estimate to hand to your tax preparer.

Can it text my riders? Can it text me?

Yes. Texts go both ways. They go out from the SOLODRIVE.PRO number, under your business name.

• Your riders get a text when their reservation request reaches you, when your quote is ready, and if a quote expires or you cannot take the ride.
• You get a text for every new ride request, with a link that opens it, and another when a rider accepts your quote.
• Your personal number stays off your booking page.
• Every text starts with a yes. Riders tick a box on your booking page, and you turn your own text alerts on in your dashboard. Reply STOP and the texts stop.

When you sign up, we text you a code to confirm your mobile number.

Does it send email?

Yes. Email backs up your alerts, so a request does not slip past you.

• A new reservation request lands in your inbox as well as your dashboard.
• If a ride alert cannot reach your phone, we email it to you.
• Account emails keep you posted from sign-up to go-live, including your Stripe setup.

Does it handle addresses and location?

Yes. Location is at the heart of SOLODRIVE.PRO. We keep the where and when of every trip, and we do the math on it.

• Riders search for their pickup and drop-off addresses, or tap to use their current location.
• Your quote screen shows the trip on a map before you approve it.
• Your rider’s trip page shows you on a live map on your way to them.
• Your dashboard shows the same map, and Open in Maps hands the directions to Google Maps.
• Location is recorded through the ride, so every trip keeps a record of where and when.

Do I need an LLC or commercial insurance?

Drivers are responsible for operating legally in their own jurisdiction, including any licensing, insurance, permits, tax obligations, or transportation requirements that apply to them.

SOLODRIVE.PRO provides software infrastructure. It does not replace local compliance review.

SOLODRIVE.PRO keeps your records and does the math. SOLODRIVE.PRO is not a tax preparer and not an insurer. Rules differ depending on where you drive, and policies differ by what you bought. Your own preparer and your own insurance agent are the people to ask about your situation.

Can I use this while still driving for Uber or Lyft?

Yes. SOLODRIVE.PRO works alongside your Uber and Lyft apps. Keep driving for them while you build your own direct riders.

The idea is not to quit everything overnight. The idea is to stop letting every good rider relationship disappear.

What happens if a rider disputes a charge?

Trip records, timestamps, booking details, and workflow logs may support documentation during disputes.

Final decisions may be handled by the applicable payment processor or financial provider.

Is this available everywhere?

In the United States, yes. SOLODRIVE.PRO works anywhere in the US, and your payments run through a US Stripe account.

Drivers are responsible for understanding whether their intended service model is allowed in their location.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel any time, on your own, right from your dashboard.

• In your dashboard, under Setup, tap Delete account. Type your handle to confirm. That closes your storefront and ends your plan.
• Download your customer list first. The link is on the same screen, because your riders are yours to keep.

Our deletion policy lists exactly what is deleted and what is kept.
