SOLODRIVE.PRO vs the field
Everything the gig apps do. Plus your own riders, coming back.
Gridwise, Stride and Hurdlr help you track the money you already made. SOLODRIVE.PRO does all of that. Then SOLODRIVE.PRO does the one thing none of them do. You get your own booking page, so a rider an app introduced once can book you direct, week after week.
Your own riders. Recurring income. No other driver app gives you that.
Apps can bring the first ride. Your booking page brings the next one.
Built for Uber and Lyft drivers. SOLODRIVE.PRO is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Uber or Lyft.

- 1. Direct repeat business. Your booking page and your link are live today, so a rider can book you direct right now. Automatic rebooking for your regulars keeps the income coming on its own.
- 2. Text alerts. You get an alert the moment a new request comes in. And because you have a rider, you can text or QR your booking link straight to them. The QR is always there to scan; the text is a convenience and is not guaranteed to deliver. Every other app here can alert the driver, but none of them has a rider to text, because none of them gives you a booking page of your own.
Under the hood
A checkmark is not all the same thing.
Most of these apps have no real connection to Uber or Lyft. They read your login and copy your totals after the fact, or they guess your income from your bank deposits, or they make you type it in by hand. Here is what is really under the hood.
| App | How it gets your cross-platform earnings | How it does tax and expense |
|---|---|---|
| SOLODRIVE.PRO | Live. You bring in your own earnings report from each app yourself. Nothing scraped from your logins. Nothing guessed from your bank. Nothing a platform can cut off. | Live. Track your earnings, your miles, and your expenses, sorted into Schedule C categories. |
| Companion and tracking apps | ||
| Gridwise | You hand over your Uber and Lyft logins, and it copies your totals about once a day, after the fact. | Automatic mileage that is heavy on your battery; expenses are manual; tax is a spreadsheet you export to TurboTax or your accountant. |
| Para | Reads your Uber and Lyft logins through a third-party service; other apps you enter by hand. | No tax tools. |
| Solo | Connects through a login-vault service, then pays you into a wallet. | Automatic mileage plus a Schedule C draft, tax estimates and in-app filing. The strongest of the tax tools here. |
| Stride | No connection at all. You type in one weekly total by hand. | Mileage that is mostly manual; links your bank for expenses; a Schedule C PDF and a one-click H&R Block handoff. |
| Everlance | No rideshare connection. It guesses your income from your bank deposits, or you enter it. Paid feature. | Automatic mileage (unreliable in tests, capped on the free plan); bank-linked expenses; a deduction finder and Schedule C figures. |
| Hurdlr | One real Uber connection only. Everything else is guessed from your bank deposits, because Hurdlr says the other apps do not share the data. | Automatic mileage; bank-linked expenses; quarterly estimates and Schedule C. |
| QuickBooks Solopreneur | Bank link only, with no rideshare connection at all. A ride payout just shows up as a bank deposit. | Automatic mileage, receipt scanning, quarterly estimates, Schedule C and a direct TurboTax handoff. |
| MileIQ | Does not track earnings at all. Mileage only. | Automatic mileage you swipe to sort. A mileage report only, with no tax forms or estimates. |
| Mystro | Does not total your earnings. It reads the offer on screen the moment a ride comes in, and keeps nothing. | None. |
Mechanism details from 2026 web research. Some apps depend on a third-party login service (the same kind of service one rideshare app cut off by name in 2021), some infer your income from bank deposits, and some need you to enter it by hand. SOLODRIVE.PRO earnings and tax reporting are live. You bring in your own numbers. Your earnings, miles, and expenses are sorted into Schedule C categories all year.
Not just a tracker. The whole business.
Everything they do. Plus the business that grows on your own riders.
The apps stop at the numbers. SOLODRIVE.PRO is the all-in-one companion for your professional ride service, built on the four things the companion apps cannot give you.
Recurring revenue
Regulars who pay you week after week.
Set a rider's commute to repeat, and the income comes back on its own. One daily commuter can be ten rides a week. That is the line no gig app can draw.
Included on Pro. Billed on your own Stripe account.

Let riders book you ahead.
Advance and scheduled booking, so your week fills up before it starts. Stack your availability and let the day book itself.

HUM covers insurance. SOLODRIVE.PRO does not.
HUM is a registered transportation network company, and rides booked in the HUM app run under HUM's own commercial policy, so a HUM driver does not carry a separate commercial one. That is a real benefit and a fair reason to pick them. SOLODRIVE.PRO does not do that, and will not tell you otherwise. Your coverage stays yours to arrange, the same as it is for any independent operator. Check your policy before you take a direct booking, whichever way you go.
That is the trade. An insurance wrapper comes with a platform to work inside. Elite comes with a business to run.

SOLODRIVE.PRO Elite is $100 per month with no application fee and no per ride minimum. Free, Basic and Pro all charge an application fee. See the full ladder below.
The money too
A fraction of what the apps take
The real win is not keeping more of one fare. It is earning all of that rider's next trips. But the math on each fare is still on your side.
| Where the ride happens | Application fee | Monthly | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Uber / Lyft | Not disclosed to you | n/a | Their cut varies by market, by surge and by trip type, and it is not published. The platform keeps the rider. |
| On your own riders, with SOLODRIVE.PRO | |||
| Free | 12% per ride | $0 | Free forever core. Booking page, go live, payment capture, in-ride mileage. |
| Pro | 4% per ride | $45 | Built around your recurring riders. |
| Elite | No per-ride fee | $100 | The destination tier. For the driver running a ride business, not working a shift. |
A per-ride minimum application fee applies on the percentage tiers.
Prices and fees current as of 2026 and may change. MileIQ and Everlance both raised prices in 2026. SOLODRIVE.PRO is the all-in-one app for Uber and Lyft drivers to run and grow a professional ride service.
One rider's weekly commute, set to repeat. Ten rides a week, on their own.
The one that matters
One audition. One relationship. Ten rides a week.
Gridwise shows you where to be. Stride tracks what you spend. SOLODRIVE.PRO shows you what you actually made, on your own riders. The apps bring the first ride. Your booking page brings the next one.
A daily commuter rides ten times a week. The app gave you one introduction. Your booking page turns that one introduction into a standing relationship. Those are the rides the apps were never going to give you.
