How SoloDrive works, and what you agree to.

1. Who We Are

SoloDrive is a booking and payments platform for independent transportation operators.

We give drivers a professional booking page, secure payment flow, and direct relationships with their riders.

SoloDrive is operated by SoloDrive Pro.

2. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to operators and riders.

By using any part of the SoloDrive platform, you agree to these terms.

3. Bookings and Payments

Ride bookings are transactions between the rider and the operator.

SoloDrive facilitates the booking and payment process but is not a party to the transportation agreement itself.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a booking, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method.

Operators are responsible for the rides they accept and perform.

4. Platform Fees

SoloDrive charges a platform service fee on transactions processed through the platform.

The applicable fee depends on the operator’s current plan. Fees are disclosed to operators during onboarding and at the time of plan selection.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set at the operator level.

SoloDrive does not guarantee refunds on behalf of operators.

If you have a dispute about a completed or cancelled ride, contact the operator directly. SoloDrive support can be reached at [email protected] for platform-level issues.

6. SMS Messaging and Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your booking.

By providing your phone number through a SoloDrive booking page or operator intake form, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your booking, including:

• Booking confirmation
• Ride status updates
• Payment and receipt notifications
• Follow-up communications from the operator

Message frequency will vary based on booking activity.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. You may also reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your booking or payment records, but you may miss time-sensitive updates about your ride.

SOLODRIVE.PRO does not sell or share your phone number with third parties. The one exception is the SMS carrier that transmits the messages you asked to receive, which needs your number solely to deliver them.

7. Operator Accounts

Operators who create a SoloDrive account agree to platform responsibilities.

Operators agree to:

• Provide accurate business and identity information
• Comply with all applicable transportation laws and regulations
• Maintain current insurance and licensing as required in their operating area
• Honor confirmed bookings made through their booking page

SoloDrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate operator accounts for violations of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

SoloDrive is not a transportation company and does not employ drivers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloDrive is not liable for:

• The conduct of operators or riders
• Delays, cancellations, or service failures by operators
• Losses arising from ride transactions between operators and riders

9. Privacy

Your use of SoloDrive is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
